Jubilee SACCO, the\nWest Ankole Diocesan financial institution, has adopted and launched\nelectronic\/mobile banking service, an innovative channel for service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch presided\nover by Rev Didas Natweta, the Diocesan Secretary, West Ankole Diocese, took\nplace on Wednesday, 28th August 2019 at the SACCO head office in Bushenyi town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jubilee Sacco will be\ngetting electronic banking services through MSACCO, a key system engineered by\nFuture Link Technologies in partnership with Uganda Central Cooperative\nFinancial Services Limited(UCCFS). The new service will enable Jubilee SACCO\nprovide mobile financial services to its members and customers respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at the\nlaunch, Rev Natweta said the development is a sign that Jubilee SACCO is\ngrowing and progressing on well as it metamorphoses into a bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present were Jubilee\nSACCO leadership and selected delegates from different parts of the Diocese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Mobile banking\nservice, Jubilee SACCO is set to experience direct bearing on its\norganizational performance improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members will be able\nto deposit and withdraw money from their respective accounts and make payments\nto various SACCO products through MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money services,\nwhich have at the same time been simplified for use though they are still being\nupgraded by service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jubilee SACCO members\nwill be able to transact from anywhere and at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save Money and Time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Customers, especially from the far areas will\nnot have to spend time and money traveling to the main and regional branches\nany more. They will only need their phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accountability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jubilee SACCO members\nwill now monitor the activities on their accounts while they are seated in\ntheir houses or gardens. This will allow them keep track of their money on the\nphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will also achieve\na better credit rating by transacting more often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Jubilee SACCO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Retention: Regardless\nof which trading center, village, parish, archdeaconry, Jubilee SACCO members\nshift to, the SACCO will keep serving them through MSACCO\/electronic banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheap business<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There won\u2019t be any\nneed for setting up multiple banking halls at Archdeaconry centers any more.\nJubilee SACCO members will no longer need to come to Bushenyi because the\nservice will be accessed on their phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
