{"id":240,"date":"2019-05-18T18:41:57","date_gmt":"2019-05-18T17:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/westankolediocese.org\/?page_id=240"},"modified":"2019-05-30T19:35:35","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T18:35:35","slug":"planning-development","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/westankolediocese.org\/index.php\/planning-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Planning &#038; Development"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nPlanning and Development Office plans, develops, implements, and coordinates\nstrategic operational and administrative programs and services of broad\nsignificance to the diocese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\nestablishes and implements short and long-range diocesan vision, mission,\ngoals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures,\nmonitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness and effects\nchanges required for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\noffice also determines needs and plans, develops, and accesses a wide range of\nintegrated communications strategies and programs for and behalf of the\nDiocese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another\nresponsibility of the planning and development office is to administer,\noversee, and coordinate activities of specified operating and support programs\nas appropriate to the objectives of the Diocese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\nalso provides strategic advice and consultation to leadership in the development,\nimplementation and evaluation of modifications and enhancements to existing\noperations, systems and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\noffice is also charged with conducting of comprehensive study and analysis of\npriority needs, problems, issues, concerns, challenges, resources, and\nopportunities of the province and on the bases thereof, prepare\nlong-term\/medium-term\/annual development plans and investment plans within the\nguidelines of the provincial\/local planning expenditure management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Head of Department:\nRev.
